Weapons of Audio On NBC & Premier Music Video for "Night Light"

Today's a big day for emerging local Los Angeles duo, Weapons of Audio, whose song "Night Light" is featured on tonight's episode of NBC's Being Human and whose video for the same just dropped.  The mini movie for the dance floor party starter "Night Light" features the brothers in a dreamy tripped out psychedelic night of ecstasy.
Directed by Jesus "Demonbabies" Rivera of LA's IHEARTCOMIX & Check Yo Ponytail fame - its a sexy tale of where the night can take you.

"Night Light" is included on Weapons of Audio's new EP Girl Crazy, coming out sometime later in 2013.  The EP is produced by W.O.A and features collaborations with producers Graham Marsh (Cee-Lo Green, Gnarls Barkley), producers Kyle Dreaden and Zak Ray of the Atlanta Creative Collective "Pack Life".

Why You Should Go To Club Nokia Early on Friday

Have you ever heard of Melanie Fiona? You may have, you may have and not known it, or you simply may have missed out on this gem. Creating sexy R&B, and in this case, giving it to the listener just right - the Canadian soulstress is a beautiful accompaniment to the Zombies "Time of the Season" sample.

She is the opening performer on Friday night at Club Nokia, where Ryan Leslie, Big Boi and Cee-Lo will all follow. Don't miss out! Hopefully she performs "Give It To Me Right." Get tickets HERE.

Cee-Lo, Diners and "Fuck You"

I loved this song's video when it was words just scrolling across a screen - now that it has live people and is a pictorial history of Cee-Lo's youth, it is only better. This song is infectious, the video is clever and it is officially on repeat in our office.

Kind of funny that Cee-Lo comes up with another video staged in a diner. Also kind of amazing that he's droped the catchiest song since Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy." Hopefully this one won't get old and out of style before The Lady Killer's album release because (1) it probably won't be all over the radio and (2) not everyone can cover it because the vocals take more talent to execute.

Thank you Cee-Lo. We've loved you since Goodie Mob!!!!! And, speaking of Goodie Mob, does anyone else recall the last music video where Cee-Lo was in a diner, the exceptional 90's song "Soul Food"? Just as southern, but not as sad of a song.
