Elektra Relaunches

The former powerhouse Elektra is back and already in business.  Active as of Monday, and headed by Mike Caren and John Janick, they have announced Justice, Cee-Lo and Little Boots as artists. 

My guess is these are 360 deals, so what I want to know is did Justice get more favorable treatment?  Justice already makes a killing touring in the U.S.; they sell out shows and headline festivals.  I wonder what the terms of the Justice-Elektra contract are and just how different the provisions concerning touring revenues are from the other newly signed artists?
