Again, I just want to remind all the readers in the westside area that Carbon, located across from Inn N Out on Venice Blvd., hosts a free Monday night event, FUNKMOSPHERE, where the DJs spin only vinyl. The break dancing and b-boying starts to pick up around 11 pm, so if you are just going for the spectacle (and not the tunes), don't come until then.
If you have not checked it out yet, swing by Hunnypot Unlimited's every other Monday radio broadcast on Monday June 1st to check out The French Semester and meet some people in the industry. Then, once the Hunnypot broadcast ends and the crowd filters out, head over to Carbon with me for a good ol' fashioned boogie-down production.
